WALKING IN GOD'S WILL

“Do not act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do” – Ephesians 5:17

Many people wonder, “How can I know God’s will for my life?” Fortunately, the Bible makes it clear that His will is not a secret or something we will only know later. It begins right now, right where you are.
God desires that we will live with understanding–and understanding comes first and foremost from His Word. Psalm 119:105 tells us that His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. As we read the Bible, we hear God’s voice, learn His values, and begin to walk in His ways.
His will is not simply about finding the right location or job—it is about being faithful wherever you are, whatever you are doing. Colossians 3:23 tells us, “Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people.” Your ordinary tasks become holy when surrendered to God! He can certainly redirect your heart if you are willing.
Jesus told us to “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness” (Matthew 6:33). Seeking is not passive—it is about taking action. Wisdom moves; fear sits still. So today, serve God with whatever you have, right here, right now. God is not waiting to use you—He is ready to use you now!
